When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping is FREE worldwide. We cover all return costs.

Can I change my size after ordering? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@masidy.shop. Otherwise, you can return the item with free return shipping and reorder.

Are payments secure? Yes, all payments are processed with SSL encryption. We never store your card information.

Products & Materials
How should I care for MASIDY garments? We recommend machine washing at 30°C (86°F), air drying, and ironing at low temperature. Check the internal care label for specific instructions.
What materials do you use? We use premium cotton, quality polyester, fleece fabrics, and certified sustainable materials. Each product lists its composition in the description.
Are your products sustainable? Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure the highest quality standards, ethical production practices, and fair value.
Orders

What if my order arrives damaged? Contact us immediately at support@masidy.shop with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
